Joined the MODEI (Marketing Operations, Digital Experience and Intelligence) team, supporting our CRM, Email marketing and data platforms. My current focus is on learning the ins and outs of the CRM system, helping with the data quality checks, and assisting with contact management and system updates. I am looking forward to getting more involved in streamlining data processes, contributing to system improvements, and working across teams to ensure the data we hold is accurate, up to date and useful for campaigns and insights. I am genuinely excited to be a part of such collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Very grateful for the warm welcome and the support I\'ve received so far.
