KRA: Central Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) have a tall organizational structure as compared to lean structure of private multinational organizations, thus \"n\" number of approvals are sought from designated authorities as per delegation of power(DOP).Getting the entire gamut of Vendor Management activities (vendor code creation, blocking, reactivation, banking details alterations, phone number/ e-mail address change)done by resources.Managing floating of RFQs for different high value procurement of MRO/ general Materials/Services/Imports/Rate Contracts(ARCs)/Maintenance Contracts(AMCs/CMCs) and handling them in co-ordination with my team.Closely monitoring the Quotations received by my Team in some special cases, checking the CS(Comparative Statements, if required). Negotiating with vendors as per permissible limit of services or materials.Making sure that the Team is procuring as per SLA & strictly adhering to internal lead time of 30 days for reducing PR to PO cycle time.Proprietary / Limited/ OTE(Open Tender Enquiries)/Global tendering mode.Ensuring timely delivery of materials by delegating the activities.Maintaining MIS reports; presenting before internal & external stakeholders in virtual/face-to-face meetings. Handling different statutory clauses/circulars and their applicability.Organizing pre-bid meetings, if required.Maintaining amicable relationship with operational levels of suppliers through virtual/face-to-face interactions and handling supplier clarification needs.Meeting project timelines and budget constraints by controlling costs and supplier quality.Working in SAP MM, SAP SRM(Supplier Relationship Management), GeM(Government-e-Marketplace) platforms or apps.Applying suitable procurement strategies aligned with organizational need.
