In this position, I am responsible for all global workforce technology, including desktop environment (VDI), laptops, collaboration tools and Microsoft 365 applications.• Develop a global workforce technology strategy that delivers a productive and positive employee experience by proactively partnering with stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure successful evaluation, selection, implementation and adoption.• Partner with service delivery management, HR, and business teams to understand current challenges and experiences and identify improvements to workforce technologies to drive improved efficiency and productivity.• Build partnerships with business leaders across the company to ensure workforce technologies and initiatives are aligned to business strategies and outcomes.• Lead proof of value and pilot projects to test and learn the feasibility, viability, and desirability of new technologies.• Evaluate existing work processes and look for opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency through new or existing technology.• Engage with technology enablement, operations, and security teams to ensure workforce technology solutions are stable, reliable, and secure.• Drive improvements to the onboarding process to provide an outstanding user experience for new employees.• Research market and industry trends and recommend technology strategies that support future ways of working.• Vendor management of key software vendors.• Budget management including people, software, and services.
