Role Summary: •Information Analyst leading a team of Performance Administrators, delivering crucial insights to the service through SQL, Python, R, and Power BI.Key Responsibilities Summary•Write and optimize T-SQL scripts for enterprise data warehouse management, developing advanced stored procedures, functions, joins, views, and temporary tables to streamline reporting processes•Lead end-to-end KPI production processes, implementing comprehensive briefs and debriefs to ensure exceptional reporting accuracy and timeliness across the service•Spearhead in-depth data analysis on large-scale healthcare datasets utilizing advanced statistical techniques and visualization tools to identify actionable insights, trends and patterns to drive decision making•Performance monitoring through automated trend analysis systems, enabling identification of critical patterns across diagnosis rates, wait times and patient contacts to aid in decision-making•Design and deploy interactive dashboards and periodic performance reports utilizing Power BI, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), Excel, and Access•Design and develop data models supporting service-wide BI initiatives, implementing quality frameworks to enhance data accessibility, accuracy and integrity across the organization•Modernize and analyze data in MS Excel through advanced functions and VBA automation to create solutions, utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, external data connections (ODBC, CSV, Text etc), macro development etc•Spearhead the development of comprehensive data policies and procedures, ensuring robust governance and compliance with data protection regulations across service operations•Resolve complex data queries through systematic investigation and troubleshooting, implementing efficient resolution processes to maintain service excellence•Establish and maintain comprehensive data quality monitoring frameworks, proactively identifying and resolving integrity issues.
