Role Summary:•Information Analyst responsible for delivering data analysis, reporting, and database solutions to support operational performance, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities Summary•Responsible for creating and improving T-SQL scripts that manage the enterprise data warehouse this includes advanced stored procedures, functions, joins, views etc. to streamline reporting processes.•Manage the KPI production process leading discussions to clarify expectations and review results ensuring reports are accurate and delivered on time across the service.•Lead data analysis processes across the service working with healthcare datasets to identify actionable insights, trends, and patterns.•Monitor healthcare service performance using automated systems for trend analysis, enabling early identification of critical patterns in diagnosis rates, wait times, and patient contacts.•Create and maintain interactive dashboards and regular performance reports using Power BI, SSRS, Excel, and Access.•Design and implement data models that support business intelligence initiatives ensuring data is accessible, accurate, and reliable across the service.•Modernize and analyse data using Power BI tools including Power Query, DAX, custom measures, and interactive visualizations (e.g. slicers, drill-throughs, charts) to create efficient, insight-driven dashboards.•Modernize and analyse data using advanced Excel tools including VBA automation, pivot tables, and external data connections to streamline analysis workflows.•Utilize Python and R to automate data extraction, transformation, and validation processes, improving efficiency and consistency in reporting workflows.•Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to interpret data and support service improvement through data-driven decision-making.•Support statutory data submissions to regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
