The firm is client-centric and always working to develop and better its internal systems and its quality management system to ensure an optimal client experience and outcome. Indeed, in 2021 Serina lead the firm to achieve ISO9001 accreditation of the firm’s Quality Management System.Serina sat on the board of Down Syndrome SA from 2009 until recently. She has been an Associate Member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association since 2010. She was a Fast Movers finalist SA in 2011, won the Telstra Business Women\'s Award - Business Owner SA in 2012 and was a Telstra Australian Business finalist SA in 2014. Recently, Serina was the state finalist in the Lawyer’s Weekly Women in Law Awards for Legal Operations Professional of the Year.More recently Serina has led Pace Lawyers Adelaide Legal to be awarded the Lexis Nexis Innovation Index. She continues to strive for excellence for both her clients and staff, both personally and professionally. As a TEC (The Executive Connection) member for over 10 years and a Family Business Association forum group member, she has admirable and organic leadership skills that have seen Pace Lawyers Adelaide Legal grow into an acclaimed boutique firm.
