ABOUT SERGIU LAZAR ANGELESCU
I’m a software engineer at heart who fell in love with building products. After three startups and nearly five years as a PM at Amazon, I’m now focused on scaling Product Weekend - a global community supporting product professionals through high-impact in-person events and a hands-on online membership. Right now, I’m working on launching new locations and growing our network of local event managers around the world. Somewhere along the way, I became obsessed with building products using AI. Besides integrating it deeply into everything we do at Product Weekend, I’m preparing to launch a new AI product of my own. On the side, I run hands-on, in-person workshops to help product teams in 200+ person companies become AI-ready and actually start using these tools to build better products and make better decisions.
