At the Transformation Office I collaborated in leading “El Palacio de Hierro” towards its transformation using PMO best practices and experience to centralize, coordinate and improve the management of its portfolio. Quite a challenge to manage a portfolio of over 200 projects, composed by a diverse nature of projects, for example financial, logistics or marketing; and managed with different methodologies and tools. A main goal was setting standards and being a steward to achieve alignment and visibility between company’s portfolio and strategy’s OKRs and KPIs. But before anything being a coach and an allied to any stakeholder.I used tools such as Plan View, Agile Place and Power BI.During this period, I also acquired new Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers credentials, adding Generative AI and Knime skills.
