Lead S & OP process to ensure weekly review of the business strategy.\\\\n• Seasonal Planning – Master Production Schedule - Provide Production Plan\\\\nfor Finished Goods (packed juice) and production for inventory as Raw\\\\nMaterial (juice in silos), based on sales projection and season supply\\\\nprojection, for 4 plants with 4 seasonal fruit varieties.\\\\n• Service Level – Coordinate demand and production planning with logistics,\\\\nto deliver full and on-time orders to customers.\\\\n• Sales forecast tracking and monthly review with sales managers to adjust\\\\nsales projection.\\\\n• Maximize internal frozen storage to reduce cost on third party warehouses.\\\\n• Coordinate inventory management with plant managers and sales leaders,\\\\ninternal and external warehouses.(Product reprocess, Aging inventory by\\\\nexpiration date, Lot-leftovers.)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
