As the owner of product management for Photo and Video Centric Personal Cloud, I manage mobile, desktop, and web applications that generate hundreds of millions in annual revenue • Responsible for management of the product roadmap from 6 annual releases and 3-year plans. Product enhancements (features), platform evolution, customer feedback • Developed a product thesis vetted in consumer and market research to define the product value prop centered around capturing and enjoying memories, connecting family and friends by unleashing their creative potential to celebrate life together • Outlined and packaged white label cloud solution to drive repeatability, scalability, and profitability. Defined standard SaaS based product offering • Conducted a competitive market assessment and identified sweet spots to focus on driving end-user engagement with carrier applications, including Photo Facial recognition, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, content tagging/curation cross data class/product use cases. Lead cross-functional teams in software product management to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction. • Manage a team of product managers who were product category owners and Agile product owners responsible for daily grooming/backlog prioritization and sprint management for mobile, desktop, and web clients as well as server (extensive use of Atlassian and Aha! software suite). • Act as a product lead with service delivery and commercial experience. Responded to RFP/RFI requests, analyzed market trends, developed product roadmaps, conducted POCs and demos, created ROI models, developed GTM strategies, and focused on end-user experience. • Lead product prioritization of release capacity by managing release schedules with engineering while considering real time changes in the marketplace and business unit needs utilizing SAFE development process.
