10+ years in marketing, customer success and engagement with proven success building CS and GTM processes from the ground up. From the product marketing side, I\'ve conducted market research and developed product positioning, pricing models, personas and messaging to enable more efficient user targeting, shorter sales cycles, higher user engagement and stronger feature adoption. My work has contributed to the shortening sales of cycles, the successful launch of products and marketing campaigns with measurable results that have led to increased pipeline, SQLs and user acquisition.I\'ve also had experience building and managing CS processes from the ground up. I enjoy working from the ideation stage, to building robust processes and managing them. I create onboarding and implementation processes with both the customer and my team in mind.
