I took an isolated D&I/Heath and Wellbeing function and very deliberately operationalised it by joining with the talent management team. I have since enhanced the structure and brand of the team, hired leading experts in EDI and created two leadership posts, Head of Global EDI and Head of Talent Management. My team currently consists of 18 global employees based in Denmark, Poland, UK, USA, Malaysia
