Partner with hiring managers across the USA and Europe to manage the Talent Acquisition process for positions globally including sourcing, talent mapping, initial screening, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, and offer. • Proactively create talent - market intelligence reports, conduct research and develop new sourcing tactics & strategies to identify candidates. • Engage with candidates to build out candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities. • Involved in Full-Cycle recruitment, for both executive and non-executive positions - Engineering, Software Development, Data Analytics, Finance, HR, IT, and other positions as needed by the business. • Collaborate with senior leaders, and colleagues across Global People & Culture to create and implement a new recruiting and sourcing model.• Involved in the creation of new workflows, templates, and numerous talent acquisition process improvement initiatives & projects• Work with senior leaders within People & Culture to develop a global referral program.
