Embarking on a journey over 10 years ago, I entered the dynamic world of HR with a fervent curiosity and a desire to make a meaningful impact. My first steps led me into the realm of talent acquisition, where I uncovered the art of sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier talent to fuel organizational growth.As I delved deeper into the intricacies of recruitment, I realized that HR was more than just filling positions; it was about shaping the very essence of an organization. With each successful hire, I witnessed the transformation of teams and the elevation of company culture.Transitioning into the role of an HR Business Partner, I found myself at the crossroads of strategy and execution. Collaborating closely with business leaders, I became the architect of HR initiatives that drove organizational success. From crafting innovative talent strategies to aligning HR policies with business objectives, every decision was a step towards building a stronger, more resilient workforce.Then came the opportunity to lead. As the manager of HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams, I embraced the challenge with open arms. Guiding a diverse group of professionals, I fostered an environment of collaboration and empowerment, where ideas flourished and innovation thrived. Together, we navigated through challenges, celebrated victories, and forged ahead with a shared vision of excellence.Along this journey, I pursued academic excellence, earning a Master\'s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) from the University of Toronto, alongside a Master\'s in Human Resources Management from the University of Tehran.Today, armed with certifications like ACC and OCEB and expertise in coaching, business process management and recruitment, I continue to be driven by the belief that HR is not just about policies and procedures; it is about people and their potential to shape the future.
