ABOUT SENA SAR

Experienced Communications professional with a strong background in brand communications, marketing, strategy development, internal communications, and diversity & inclusion. Holding an MSc in Business Intelligence and Digital Marketing from Brunel University London, I am passionate about driving impactful communications strategies that foster inclusivity and enhance employee engagement. Throughout my career, I have led and contributed to high-profile projects, driving measurable outcomes such as a 30% increase in engagement within a year and widespread media visibility for global diversity campaigns. With expertise in using data-driven insights to shape effective communications strategies, I deliver results that align with both organisational goals and audience needs. I was honoured to receive the Dean’s Prize for Innovation and Impact and the Prize for Best Dissertation for my research on neurodiversity in the UK energy sector, which continues to fuel my passion for building more inclusive workplaces. In September 2025, I will begin a fully funded PhD at ESCP Business School, focusing on neuroinclusivity in the workplace. The programme will take place across Paris and London and will be supervised by Professor Daniela Lup. I look forward to deepening my research in this area and contributing to meaningful change through both academic and applied work. I remain open to opportunities in communications, marketing, or diversity-related roles, particularly those that value inclusive culture, strategic engagement, and purposeful growth.
