Conducting Strategy workshops, Design Thinking workshops, Business Process Reengineering, Cost Optimization, Quality Improvement, Enhancing Employee Experience, ICR Cost Optimization Designing and setting up the Data science Lab for a organization Strategic advisory and Consulting for Machine Learning based rule engines Setting up the data analytics COE for the 28 group hospitals including the end-to-end operations of Data management life cycle. Enable and coach the leadership for New Business development, Facilitate Client management, Setting up the Data science and Aritificial Intelligence Center of Excellence, Quality Center of Excellence Setting up of Shared services models including HR as a Service, Quality As a Service, Analytics as a Service, Automation as a Service, Payroll as a service, Reporting as a Service. Shared services models including HR as a Service, Quality As a Service, Analytics as a Service, Automation as a Service. Provide Advisory roles for setting up Artificial Intelligence Labs and consult projects in the Hospital,Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT ansd Services Domain.
