Travels to Florida Department of Corrections Prisons (travel up to 3 hours one way in a company vehicle) to promote the Ready4Work Program.Promote the Ready4Work program inside county jails throughout the State of Florida, and with other community partners.Facilitate InsideOut Dad® evidenced based-education programming to incarcerated fathers. Training on InsideOut Dad® programming will be provided.Complete a Plan of Care with short term goals for currently incarcerated individuals.Inputs plan of care goals and notes into the client record/database software system.Provides follow-up visits and supportive sessions to the inmates either face to face or via electronic communication.Responds to letters received from Inmates that are interested in the program.Participate in multidisciplinary staffing meetings as part of the Clinical Team which consists of Mental Health, Resources, Family Support Specialists, Career Development and Employment Services.
