My responsibilities as a Fatherhood Initiative Program Coordinator are to hold weekly Life Skills Workshops to the clients that we serve here at Operation New Hope. I also hold bi-weekly Fatherhood Development Skill Workshops to a group of men & fathers who have been incarcerated in the past.I also provide a 10 week workshop called \"InsideOut Dad\" that is held at Baker County Correctional in Sanderson, Florida. These workshops are for \"fathers\" who are currently incarcerated but are about to be released within 90 days. The class size of the workshops are no greater than 20 in attendance, and the \"fathers\" receive a certificate for completing the class as well as participate in a graduation ceremony.

Roundball Rags is a line of women\'s athletic apparel that will launch in the Spring of 2015. Roundball Rags will design women\'s athletic apparel in every sport that feature a \"round ball\" which includes basketball, soccer, softball, volleyball, bowling, billiards, golf, tennis, lacrosse & field hockey.
