Led 400+ person team through a $120M enterprise-wide SAP implementation covering all domains to a successful, on-time go-live of a complex, big-bang program with no significant issues. Oversaw the successful and on-time implementation of multiple concurrent SAP programs, including HANA, Fiori UI, PEO, Ariba, Concur, and SuccessFactors, for a major aerospace and defense company.Converted a successful go-live into a 3 year SAP Advisory and Application Management deal by developing and maintaining relationships across the entire spectrum of the organization. Led the development of a pre-configured SAP solution that gave clients the ability to ‘plug and play’ rather than build from scratch as the Global SAP Aerospace & Defense Practice Lead. Served as the SAP Subject Matter Advisor and spearheaded integration and/or carve-out strategy for SAP, ERP, and SaaS for a US manufacturing company undergoing acquisitions and divestitures. Earned the Career Counselor Excellence Award for establishing a women’s mentorship program and consistently being recognized as a top people developer.
