Leep Talent, previously known as Just IT and Be Pro Development, focuses on delivering and supporting apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps and training across AI, Digital, IT and HR.Within my role at Leep Talent I deliver consistant classes online, making sure the class material is accessible which results in a positive learning experience. I deliver classes about Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Azure and Python; teaching learners about data pipelines and the roles of a data analyst. My goals is to not only transmit knowledge, but also make sure learners develop good work ethics and habits. What is important from the organisation\'s perspective? How can you make sure you work is sustainable from your manager\'s perspective? I want my learners to have both the skills and the behaviors of their next data career. I build a tool to generate student feedback that was based on objective data which could then be used as a starting point for me and other instructors to focus on the important part of our job: provide precise and personalized feedback based on the work accomplished by our learners. I maximized data points like video recording transcripts and attendance logs in order to dress a complete portrait for each learner in my group.

I am goal oriented and love to find ways to make big problems smaller and easier to manage. I bring an optimistic point of view and enjoy a challenge. I am data-driven and like to find ways to maximise the use of available data. I value team work, collaboration and sustainability in my work. Lead of a data acquisition team in a Big Data company about the food service industry, I improved overall performance by 33% by putting in place operationally efficient strategies through automating processes and tasks priority. We were also able to reduce our high-priority time to resolve data issues fourfold through coaching and mentoring. I was also the Data Product Manager of our regional expansions, which allowed an increase of our client-facing data by 25%. Finally, I was the designer and product owner of a data coverage tool giving access to 200k+ new businesses. Engaging and passionate communicator, I worked for 10 years as a college-level professional contemporary dance program, teaching anatomy, physiology and injury management. I also developed an injury risk and fitness level screening protocol based research data on dance science. My current pet-project is analyzing traditional Quebec recipes, from scraping, normalizing and performing inferential statistical analysis in the hope of understanding what are the main differences between galettes, cakes and cookies from the ingredients and recipe method perspective.
