Through my success carried out in achieving a grade 2 and in raising the standards in teaching, learning and assessment, I am now very proud to be given the opportunity to undertake the exciting yet challenging role as Director of Quality & Performance at The B2W Group. The strategic aim to be graded at least good by Ofsted. Monitoring and management of the OTL procedure, working closely with heads to create SAR and QIPs, manage and develop staff development programmes. I will be working alongside the Directors to create a quality system that is transparent, consistent and fluid to all and to provide a curriculum to meet the ever changing labour market needs. I am very excited with the opportunities that are ahead.
