ABOUT SEAN C HEALY

I have made a career out of doing two things I love: working with numbers and working with people. My story can be summed up in three parts: Education, Professional Experience, and Passion. Education: My education includes deep dives into statistical analysis as a sociology major at Boston College, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and group problem-solving while earning an MBA in Finance at Suffolk University. I gained valuable experience and knowledge through the rigorous curriculum of accounting, investment analysis, portfolio management and many other topics, while becoming a CFA Charterholder. Professional Experience: My career has been at the intersection of client relationship management and investment analysis. I love working with clients and demonstrating the value and benefits of a particular investment strategy. I enjoy telling the story of team, process, philosophy, performance, and attribution, which ultimately gives the investment strategy life through both the quality of the investment and the performance delivered for our clients. Passion: I take pride in both written and verbal communication. I love to speak in front of people, be it a large room with many attendees or a few people in a conference room. I love to present ideas, answer questions, and have high-quality dialogue as people get to know me, our team, and our investment options. I also focus on strong written communication, using clear, concise messaging to inspire interest and conversation. Effective communication is the life blood of our industry, and I am passionate about communicating to solve problems, answer questions and collaborate with colleagues and clients for the benefit of our investors.As investment professionals, the most important thing we can do is provide a best-in-class experience for our investors and clients. We achieve that through care, transparency, honesty, and rigorous due diligence to ensure the investor is provided the best possible experience.
