ABOUT SEAN THOMAS
I was promoted to Head of Business Integration and Transformation in 2025 to lead the establishment of ONTIC’s European MRO business and its own integration into the wider ONTIC Group. Prior to this, I’d held the role of MRO Value Stream Leader for three years, this following seven years leading the integration of newly acquired products and business units into the ONTIC Group. I led ONTIC’s separation from PLC to private equity ownership under CVC Partners, and thereafter the governance of ONTIC’s Value Creation Plan through CVC’s first investment round.With over 21 years of experience in Aerospace and Defence, my career began in the UK Armed Forces before transitioning to L3 Harris in 2011, where I led research and development, and in-service support programmes. My military background includes serving in the British Army within the Airborne Forces as a Parachutist and Communicator.I hold a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and am a qualified practitioner in numerous project, programme, and portfolio methodologies.
