Led the design and implementation of a full-stack RBAC self-service platform spanning React/TypeScript UI, GraphQL, Go microservices, and SQL data models.• Implemented authorization controls across all UI pages and backend endpoints, enabling customers to manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and access to platform resources.• Designed and implemented RBAC-based parent-portal and multi-tenant authorization, including permission propagation across parent, child, and grandchild accounts for customers with 100+ linked accounts.• Built major parts of the SOC Analyst Module, helping migrate core analyst workflows from ServiceNow into a new internal platform supporting 130 clients today and onboarding 700 additional clients.• Delivered case-management functionality including filtering, search, widgets, data endpoints, escalation workflows, reassignment flows, and customer-facing case views.• Built GraphQL endpoints, named queries, dashboard and reporting components, CSV export, and case-list functionality as part of MDR migration into the next-gen platform.• Planned and implemented MITRE ATT & CK support, including dashboard views, detail modals, supporting queries, and a rules table for visibility and filtering.• Helped build the first co-branded portal experience, supporting onboarding for 7 white-labeled clients selling the platform.
