PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Project Manager for the Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) Surface Training Advanced Virtual Environment (STAVE) in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Port Hueneme Division (PHD), and Integrated Warfare System -10. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT – Build, organize and maintain technical training courses for fleet Sailors in support of Center for Surface Combat Systems (CSCS) Dahlgren, VA, and Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme (NSWC PHD), S-Department, S26. With support from subject matter experts, the course curriculum development commenced in support of the Sailor 2025 Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) pillar. Executed training systems analysis during the entirety of the End-to-End curriculum development process. Conducted Front-End Analysis (FEA) in order to create and maintain a life-cycle process of the Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) data to existing Course Training Task Lists (CTTL). Generated course learning objectives to identify training gaps, and/or deficiencies in regards to the Surface Training Advanced Virtual Environment (STAVE) program. Developed and oversaw training products using systematic approaches, adult learning theories, learning technologies, and industry best practices for instructional design, instructional systems and simulated physical environments.
