Manufacturing, safety & quality leadership within a highly regulated environment. ILM - Institute Leadership & Management and Operational Leader – trained and certified. Lean Principles: Value Streams, The 7+ Wastes, 5S, Kanban, Conwip, Bottleneck-Drum Buffer Mgmt, OEE - SIC & Pulse, and SMED. Ideas’ Coaching - used to effectively engage, and implement progressive improvements within a cell/dept/facility. Change management competence used to effectively implement progressive improvements within dept/facility. A passion for Health & Safety, Nebosh - General Health & Safety certificated. Expertise in the areas of cGMP such as; general production/ manufacturing; device production & processing, aseptic processing, product finishing, quality control methodologies and related manufacturing operations system. Crisis management exposure (team player) following major facility interruption due to natural disaster, recovery delivered ahead of expectations (GE). Shift - Facility closure & exit management experience. I have been directly involved in preparing for and participating in a range of Regulatory audits such as FDA, MHRA, ANVISA to name but a few! Routinely in my current/past role, I communicate across a diverse level of individuals within the organisation and ensure that my approach is tailored to their level of understanding. In a manufacturing management position, I invest in the development of my team, supporting in mentoring and coaching in subject areas that will allow increased contribution to the cell/dept/site and enhance their personal growth and development.
