Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Director.Key Responsibilities & Achievements: • Act as a strategic thought partner to the manufacturing leadership team, using data-driven insight to shape operational strategy and transformation priorities. • Identified and led the exploitation of a £1.5M+ annual cost-saving opportunity through improved ingredient control, enhancing yield, quality, and consistency. • Project managed an implementation of the Aveva recipe control system at the group’s largest dairy site, enhancing standardisation and process control. • Developed and deployed real-time Power BI reporting platforms, enabling operational teams and leadership to monitor: Plan adherence and execution OEE and downtime causes Labour performance Wastage trends Quality metrics Carbon emissions and sustainability KPIs • Project managing the rollout of a new APS, replacing a 30-year-old legacy system as part of the group’s wider ERP and digital transformation roadmap. • Manage a high-performing analyst team supporting: APS and ERP programme delivery Manufacturing and operational KPI development Tactical and strategic insight across CI, planning, and performance
