I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and also a qualified Agile (DSDM) and Prince2 practitioner, with a proven 17 year track record of initialising, devising, delivering and managing successful large Digital multi-media products with a customer/data-led, build-measure-learn Agile mind-set. Currently I work for Plusnet as a \'Lead Product Owner\'. In 2019 I won ‘Digital Employee of the Year’ and in the six years fully employed I have achieved the highest rating for performance every year. I have been the Lead Product Owner for multiple Digital products including: Plusnet\'s first ever Mobile App:Led a green field project, from initial conception - through multi-supplier development and testing to launch - and then into in-life management; achieving and maintaining a 4.5* rating on both Google and iOS, Broadband & Mobile Logged In Products: Owned and managed Plusnet\'s Broadband and Mobile online logged in web service products - consistently improving their online Digital Channel Share (DCS) and Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) scores whilst also reducing the Digital Call Rate (DCR) by initiating and delivering (customer research and data-led) new self-service journeys and features (alongside the agile optimisation of existing journeys) in areas such as: Payments, Billing, Account & Product Management, Live Service Status plus Login and Forgot Credentials journeys (improving overall login success).Previously I was a Product Owner for U-Explore Ltd, firstly starting their online Digital resources arm and then proceeding to be quickly promoted through a succession of \'Senior Management Team\' roles: ‘Head of Education’,\'Head of Production’,\'Head of Operations\' and \'Head of Product\' wherein I delivered the flagship online careers product ‘START’ (to sector acclaim and acquiring over schools as customers in 5 short months) alongside many bespoke online digital products for clients such as Manchester Airport, Crown Estates and the Government amongst others.Prior to working in Digital I was a professional musician, a music retail manager and a successful English and Media Studies secondary school Teacher.
