ABOUT SEAN BIEHL

I am a highly motivated, eager to learn, experienced manager with over 15 years of experience managing teams of four to 30 members. I work strongly within a group or independantly, and will do whatever is required to get the job done. I have a proven track record of employee development, operational soundness, and sales success by obtaining new business relationships while retaining existing customer relationship by listening carefully to my clients needs, and offering superior customer service.I have been an active member in many business organizations including the Dulles regional chamber of commerce, as a Vice President of my BNI chapter (2012, 2013), a graduate of the Leadership Fairfax ELI program (2013) and after as a member of their non-profit committee (2014, 2015). I am a member of the IMA (2015).I have achieved much of my growth and success in my industry without formal education due to my positive attitude and hard work. In May of 2013, I decided to go back to school to accomplish my goal of obtaining college degree and am currently doing so as a double major in finance and accounting with a minor in business administration. I have completed many of my upper level courses and I am currently holding a 3.69 GPA while working full time as a Vice President of Cardinal Bank. I have finished all 36 accounting credits, and many additional credits in finance and business management. In total, I have completed 81 credits and will be entering my senior year in the fall of 2016. I have achieved the honor of being on the Dean\'s list each semester and I will graduate in May of 2018. I am a member of the NLCS honor society.
