This included nearly 17 years of service at Cardinal Bank where I contributed to the growth of our lending portfolio from $300M to over $4.0B during my tenure as Executive Vice President, Market Executive. In my current position as Chief Lending Officer at John Marshall Bank, I provide strategic oversight and leadership to both the consumer and commercial lending departments including review of key performance metrics and quality insights in support of organizational growth initiatives. My commitment to local small to mid-size businesses has allowed me to build a network of partnerships throughout the Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC region.
