After serving as a Senior Data Scientist, I transitioned laterally into this role to broaden my responsibilities across research management, client strategy, and mentorship—while still contributing advanced technical support to the Data Science team.As a key member of the AdSolutions / Global Media research and data science team, I independently manage, design, analyze, and deliver comprehensive research findings and insights, leveraging Dynata\'s proprietary dashboard and various presentation formats. In addition to my core research responsibilities, I continue to actively support the AdSolutions Data Science team, beyond the scope of my current title, by assisting in the development and maintenance of R scripts for weekly client deliverables, leveraging Windows PowerShell and Python for custom research and forced exposures, and contributing to the development of advanced methodologies. This collaboration ensures consistent, high-quality output for high-profile clients and strengthens alignment across both research and data science functions.I consistently partner with sales, data science, and other research team members to drive client retention and acquisition, participating in client engagements and managing ad-hoc requests. My responsibilities also include research management, from reviewing campaign objectives and media plans to communicating project goals and ensuring excellent delivery. I also own and manage extensive employee training documentation across Microsoft SharePoint and Confluence, providing continuous mentorship and guidance to new team members in both individual and group settings.
