I am responsible for leading: • North America and European Project Management Team supporting Consulting & Investment engagements. We deliver custom ad-hoc work for diligence, strategy, and M&A research in the B2B and B2C space. • North American Project Management supporting Healthcare research. We deliver custom ad-hoc qualitative and quantitate work for healthcare, consulting/life sciences, and pharmaceutical, health insurance, and medical device research. My team includes Regional Managers, Team Leaders and Project Managers, and my primary role is to ensure they, and by extension, our clients, are successful in project execution. This includes leading my team, resource planning, defining, executing, and actioning on specific plans developed in conjunction with my leadership, identifying and implementing process improvements, and partnering with sales and project management teams to strengthen client relationships and improve our delivery.
