With over 26 years of experience in Olympic and elite sport, I have dedicated my career to building high-performance systems that elevate athletes, coaches, and teams to the world’s biggest stages. I have served as a High Performance Director across three national governing bodies—USA Bobsled & Skeleton, USA Taekwondo, and USA Modern Pentathlon—while also managing international operations for USA Rugby Sevens and supporting programs within the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. My work spans five Olympic Games and has contributed directly to eight Olympic medals, seven World Championship titles, and more than sixty World Cup podiums. I have developed athlete pathways in multiple sports, written Olympic selection procedures, secured sponsorship funding, and created high-performance plans with resource requests exceeding $8M. Whether building multi-year strategic frameworks, integrating performance analytics and video systems, or managing operations for 50+ global competitions, I thrive in the fast-paced, high-stakes world of elite sport.I am known for calm, pragmatic leadership and the ability to stabilize, align, and elevate performance environments. My experience ranges from leading medal-winning winter and summer programs to designing athlete development models for national governing bodies and federations in Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. Across each role, I focus on connecting people, processes, and performance science to create systems that produce sustainable competitive excellence.Beyond the medals, my passion lies in developing cohesive, high-performing teams. I believe in clear communication, meticulous planning, and supporting athletes and coaches with the structures they need to perform at their best. From mentoring emerging coaches to crafting long-term development frameworks, I am committed to shaping future generations of high-performance leaders. As I look ahead, I remain focused on advancing athlete and coach development, strengthening high-performance systems, and contributing to organizations committed to excellence.
