My role combines leadership, client communication, and operational oversight to keep specialized utility and telecom equipment performing at its best- Schedule and oversee client work, from estimates and approvals to maintenance updates and invoicing- Manage shop workflow and support technicians with troubleshooting, cross-department coordination, and strict adherence to safety standards- Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and vendor coordination to minimize downtime and keep repairs on schedule- Deliver results by reducing equipment downtime, achieving budget targets, and ensuring on-time return of trucks to customers.
