I joined Cristie Software in 2009 responsible for pre sales and enablement activities. Since joining Cristie Software, we have grown significantly in staff numbers, product portfolio and revenue and are considered a global leader in providing recovery and migrations solutions specialising in Bare Metal Restore and Machine Mobility. We are proud to have our products represented in over 20% of the global fortune 500 companies.Joining an exciting start-up software company with a vision of rapid growth put me on my own path of personal development and provided opportunities to show where I could excel to not only meet and exceed their visions, but also become part of the team mapping out the future. In January 2014 I became VP of Business Development with responsibilities including: • grow global sales revenue by engaging with partners and customers providing leadership to advance, negotiate, and close key transactions identified by the company • provide briefings to partners, customers and industry analysts to ensure continual promotion of existing products, technology roadmap, company vision and future strategy • maintain an understanding of the industries we work within to enable identification of new product or partnership opportunities • identify, establish and maintain relationships with all levels of personnel in partner and customer organisations • represent Cristie Software at partner and industry events.
