In commercial real estate, success comes down to one thing: helping people make smart moves for the long run. My role is part strategist, part storyteller, and part problem-solver. Whether I’m working with a local business owner buying their first building or an investor adding another property to their portfolio, the goal is the same — to find the right fit and make the numbers make sense.Over the years, I’ve had a hand in shaping some of Bismarck-Mandan’s most recognizable properties. From new developments on the north side to adaptive re-use projects downtown, I’ve helped clients navigate zoning, financing, tenant strategy, and everything in between. My job doesn’t end at closing — it’s about building relationships that last long after the ink dries.A big part of my work is connecting dots that others might miss. Sometimes that means seeing opportunity in a building others overlook. Sometimes it’s knowing when to hold or when to sell. And sometimes, it’s helping a business owner realize they don’t need more space — they just need the right space. The most rewarding deals aren’t always the biggest ones; they’re the ones that make a real difference for the people behind them.Bismarck’s growth story is still being written, and I’m grateful to play a small role in it. Every new road, every renovated storefront, every thriving business adds to the fabric of this community. My work covers everything from new lease negotiations and renewals to buyer and seller representation across Bismarck–Mandan and western North Dakota, including the Bakken region.As a Bismarck native with an MBA from the University of Mary, I’ve built my career on understanding how local market dynamics and relationships shape long-term value. I’m also working toward my CCIM designation to bring clients even deeper insights into investment and market analysis.I stay active in the business community through groups like the United Way, the University of Mary Athletics Armada Club, and CCO Inc, which supports local working families.
