I’ve spent most of my life creating my own suffering.Trying to prove something. Fit somewhere. Be someone.Now, I’m doing the bravest thing any of us can do — Just being myself.Not the performance.Not the polished version of a CEO.Just the human underneath it all.I’ve worked across football, education, and shelf replenishment — leading teams, growing businesses, and stacking the occasional tin of beans.But the deeper work has always been the same: Understanding myself. And trying to help others do the same. Because we are the most interesting subject we’ll ever study — and the journey to know ourselves is the greatest adventure we’ll ever go on.And once we truly know ourselves — and start living from that place of authenticity — happiness and peace become the natural byproduct.It’s not about what we create.
