ABOUT SCOTT QUARLES

I’m a product development leader with 17+ years of experience bringing physical products from concept to market across consumer, retail, and highly regulated categories. My background includes product line ownership, global vendor management, licensing, packaging, cost engineering, compliance testing, and launch execution for both branded and private label products.Earlier in my career, I developed and managed products for JT Paintball, Spyder Paintball, Empire, and JT SplatMaster, including helping launch JT SplatMaster into Walmart and Toys R Us. That work included tooling, packaging, BOM ownership, COGS and margin analysis, forecasting, QA/specification management, consumer testing, and coordination with design, engineering, sales, and overseas manufacturing partners. I also managed co-branded and licensed projects and supported legal coordination with licensees.More recently, I have led larger and more technically complex product lines, overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept through commercialization.
