I\'ve been part of the telecommunications industry for almost three decades. Holding roles in customer service, wireless engineering, real estate acquisition & municipal affairs, project/program management and technical leadership, I fully understand all aspects of what impacts customer experience and lead a team of highly engaged professionals that strive daily to improve the wireless experience our customers rely upon whether they\'re at home, at work or on the go.I respectfully acknowledge I work from the traditional territories of the people of the Treaty 7 region, which includes the Blackfoot Confederacy (comprising Siksika, Piikani (Pē-gun-ē) and Kainai (K ī -n ī) First Nations) as well as the Stoney Nakoda and Tsuut’ina (Soot-ena) Nations.
