I am currently a Vice President in our Customer & Partner Success Group (CPSG) and am responsible for our Technical Account Management function across our InsuranceSuite Cloud and InsuranceNow customer base. Prior to my role in CPSG, I was a leader within our Customer & Cloud Operations organization since its inception in 2017. In this role I was responsible for defining and implementing all aspects of our cloud operational strategy across our key functions including customer support and cloud operations. My focus areas include defining our Guidewire Cloud customer engagement strategy, and ensuring we have defined and sustainable processes for the implementation and production support of the Guidewire Cloud solution. In my role, I strive to operationalize and improve areas such as service management, infrastructure and development operations, application observability, cloud updates, and customer relationship of the post-production engagement. In addition, I often engage and assist with our Sales organization to help current customers and prospective customers understand the business benefits of the Guidewire Cloud solution. Prior to 2017, I was a Portfolio Director in our Professional Services organization for 12 years. In that role, I owned the customer relationship, and was directly responsible for overall program management and application implementation services for a portfolio of our customers. My experience included tangible program work for customers that implemented our full suite of products including InsurancePlatform, Digital Engage portals, and our Data Management solutions.
