As a Senior Program Manager, I lead complex cross-functional projects, focusing on delivering strategic initiatives and driving operational efficiencies. My primary responsibilities include strategic management of user experience design, documentation, and learning experience design teams such as implement badging, tech stack change management, and the seamless transition from MS to Google Workspace, migration between CMS (Xyleme), Jira workflow designing and implementation, and cross organizational communication management. I also built and implemented Monday.com automation solutions to enhance workflow management and team collaboration.I oversee the creation of data-driven reports, score cards for leadership teams and provide in-depth visualizations to answer questions on operations and customer satisfaction. By leveraging Agile methodologies and continuously monitoring progress, I ensure timely project delivery while maintaining alignment with business goals. My role also involves stakeholder management, facilitating clear communication between internal teams and external partners, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
