Full P&L responsibility with with a primary focus on improving profitable sales through ownership of on-site merchandising, CRM (app, loyalty, email), stock management and analysis.I sit between UK senior management and head office colleagues as the driver and owner of all topics related to the ecommerce function of DEICHMANN UK, managing key relationships between several different teams which ranges from technical IT teams to commercial steering teams.This role involves a hands-on approach with technical execution requirements from across the digital stack, meaning I have great working knowledge of different platforms, from marketing tools such as Emarsys and Scayle to analysis tools such as PowerBI and Google Analytics.
