I am an experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) Leader with over 25 years of expertise in developing and implementing IT Asset Management, and Service Management initiatives. Throughout my career, I have consistently provided value and demonstrated proficiency in complex, highly regulated, and security-sensitive settings, collaborating closely with many FTSE 100 companies and ITAM/SAM consulting firms.In the last two years, my main focus has been on addressing the challenges of shadow IT. At Danske Bank, I improved SaaS management to enhance security, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimise both technological performance and cost-efficiency.
