MN SNAP, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, works to keep pets with the people who love them. Through low-cost spay and neuter surgeries and core vaccinations for cats and dogs, MN SNAP is the only Minnesota org. who collaborates year round with communities across Minnesota to increase access to affordable veterinary care. MN SNAP’s mission is accomplished via a mobile surgery clinic and a stationary clinic in North Minneapolis. Since 2010, MN SNAP has completed more than surgeries in partnership with low-income families and nonprofit rescues and shelters.A. Develop and contribute to the execution of a comprehensive, integrated marketing strategyto maximize fundraising revenue1) Oversee brand management, promotions, digital content, print communications and publicrelations2) Research, adopt and implement industry best practices and drive innovation3) Evaluate analytics to make data-driven decisionsB. Serve as primary creative director and project manager1) Identify target audiences and develop appropriate marketing materials2) Work effectively with vendors and volunteers on deliverablesC. Oversee special events1) Act as event director for annual gala2) Develop additional events to raise organization visibilityD. Manage department financials1) Prepare annual marketing budget and complete quarterly forecasting2) Create event-specific budgetsE. Other duties as assigned1) Act as good steward of organization resources — time, money, equipment and materials2) Manage Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, train and manage volunteers at events, write and edit quarterly volunteer communications; order and distribute merchandise; social media event assistance.
