Founder, PeerHaul: Supervision & Engineering:My extensive experience in offshore supervision, well engineering, project planning, and the execution of complex well projects has led me to supervise multiple development and exploration projects. Being able to communicate effectively with a variety of multicultural stakeholders helps myself and others to grow in this field, particularly in international settings. I am a strong advocate for teamwork and collaboration, as the best results are achieved when everyone works together towards a common goal.Over the course of my career, I have held various roles in drilling and completions offshore supervision and well engineering, well integrity management, and other related roles in Canada and China. My field experience and deep technical expertise in areas such as well integrity, WellCAT stress analysis, and deepwater systems have enabled me to develop optimized plans for subsea wells and projects, and to execute complex projects in the oil and gas industry successfully: effectively and safely managing rig crews and logistics both domestic and internationally as a Sr Completions Supervisor and Drilling Supervisor: Successfully managed APB, deep expertise in WellCAT and Stresscheck: Transition easily between roles and locations; eager to take on new challenges: Proven track record of developing advanced completions designs for complex projects. and manage a startup company developing a peer-to-peer delivery ecosystem.
