I served as a regulatory professional doing business in Texas, and Ohio. I work to ensure that all projects run efficiently, safely, and remain compliant while maintaining an excellent professional working relationship with the asset team and governing agencies. I conduct comprehensive reviews of current and proposed regulations and identify potential risks. I assist in asset development and planning from a regulatory standpoint.In Texas, I handled drilling permits, completions, work-overs, SWR exceptions, Waterboard, H2S, Transportation Authorities, casing and Cementing Reports, Acreage designation, etc, along with all other applicable attachments through Texas Railroad Commission.In Ohio, I handled permits to drill, completions, and TA applications along with all other applicable attachments.I am also responsible for financial assurance tracking and renewal for all states.Also participated in the discussions & review of documents for various LCS projects that Equinor held a non-op position to assist in ensuring compliance and lowering risks.Involved in Bayou Bend Carbon Capture & Sequestration project from a non-op position.I am currently regulatory lead for the JV with SLI (Smackover Lithium) for brine production, direct lithium extraction, & brine injection in SW Arkansas & E Texas.
