Worked closely with the controllership team to review expense amortization methodology (+$60M) to understand expense implications to the business - Partnered with Global HR team to developed and implemented new formalized position management processes to resolve the control weaknesses, data quality, efficiency, and communications issues with stakeholders- Managed a team of eight in disparate locations (New York, Costa Rica and India)
