I\'m an award-winning learning experience consultant specializing in (and passion for) digital learning. I\'ve been in the training and development industry for over 20 years. I teach learning experience design and elearning design as part of the I4PL Certificate Programs. Before that, I taught at the Schulich School of Business - Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development (MCATD) and OISE/UofT\'s Adult Training and Development Certificate.
