Enterprises benefit by lower support costs, improving customer satisfaction, and worker productivity.\\\\n\\\\nMAJOR PROJECTS:\\\\n\\\\n Python script to generate synthetic ticket data in JSON format\\\\n Based on the intends and ontologies used in various domains, automated the flow of creating demo ticket data for further learning purposes.\\\\n Implementing automated pipeline to create a generalizable JSON Array of tickets(incidents) for different Domains (healthcare, banking, retail, etc).\\\\n Reduced the human effort to generate domain-specific demo/synthetic ticket data.\\\\n\\\\n Automated MTTR(mean time to resolve) calculation\\\\n Developed an automated script that reads a CSV/JSON file and provides MTR and MTTR as output based on the provided data.\\\\n reads a CSV/JSON ticket dump provided by the customers and directly calculated MTR and MTTR respectively.\\\\n Reduced the human effort for the calculation of MTTR data.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
