Technical subject matter expert (SME) to drive the design, development, testing, engineering, implementation and evolution for Wireless Core Network platforms and servicesResponsibilities:• Design, integrate, and deploy next-generation cloud-native network functions AMF, SMF, UPF based on Kubernetes (K8s).• Assess technical requirements, design solutions, provide engineering analysis, requirements and costs for the implementation and deployment of new services and platforms.• Conduct simulated bottleneck analysis to quantify the impact on the network when new services and technologies rolled out on the network.• Prepare/review/approve Details Design Document Engineering Design Specification (EDS), Engineering Planning Specification (EPS), Acceptance Test Plan (ATP), Method of Procedures (MoP) for new project initiatives.• Maintain the Capacity dimension data, monitor the capacity growth and build capacity forecast in order to augment hardware and license on 5G Core and EPC Core (LandSlide Testing Tool) • Interact with other cross-functional teams such as Project Management, IP Network teams, Operation, QA teams, Development teams, Network Security and Release Management.• Work with multiple vendors to develop, deploy and integrate solutions for new services as per business requirements and work with integration partners to resolve the issues during launch. • Perform lab design, implementation, and validation to simulate changes in a controlled environment prior to production rollout
